Level 1:  Rolls, Cartwheels, Bridges, Back and Front Walkovers
Level 2:  backhand spring, roundoff back handspring, back handspring series, round off backhandspring series
Level 3: round off backhandspring tuck, Front handspring through to Tuck, handspring Tuck
Level 4: Standing Tuck, Round off Back handspring Layout, whip to tuck, whip to layout

Stunting/Building:

All Girl: This weekly class includes instruction on the proper flyer body positions, technique, and individualized components of 4-5 person stunt groups. 
Co-Ed: This weekly class includes instruction on the proper flyer body positions, technique, and individualized components of Partner stunting.
